At FIWB Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality software and related support services. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate value delivered, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

 

By purchasing from FIWB Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All software licenses, downloads, and services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • Once access is granted, whether via download link, activation key, or remote implementation, the product is considered "used" and not eligible for return.

3. Service Usage

 

We reserve the right to deny refunds for any service that has been:

  • Partially or fully used, including installations, support time, maintenance, or consulting services.

  • Accessed in any way, such as via login, key activation, or file delivery.

4. Refund Exceptions

 

In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund or credit if:

  • The software/service was never delivered, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • There was a technical failure on our side preventing delivery or access, and support could not resolve the issue.

5. Chargeback Policy

 

Any unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks with relevant documentation.

  • Blacklist clients from future service.

  • Pursue legal or collection action for false claims or fraudulent reversals.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure compatibility and review product details before purchase.

  • Back up all relevant data.

  • Ask questions or request demos (where applicable) prior to committing to a purchase.
